Presentation of Ireland

Ireland is an island situated in the North-East of Europe between the Celtic sea, the Ireland sea and the Atlantic ocean. This island is composed of various landscapes as lakes, peninsulas, cliffs and beaches.

The first official language is Irish, although English is spoken nearly all the time. There are about 4.5 million inhabitants. More than a third of the Irish population is concentrated in Dublin and its surroundings (East Coast). Dublin is the capital of Ireland, it is the biggest city of the Republic of Ireland. This city is famous for its Temple bars, the Guinness store and of course its shops!

Limerick and Cork are the biggest cities in Ireland after Dublin. Cork has changed and has become modern but it  remains a traditional city and it keps a part of its typical neighborhood. There you can visit the Blarney Castle, a medieval castle, and you can go shopping at the Covered Market. It's a pleasant place where you can buy some Irish food. 

Ireland seems to be a beautiful country and it has a great cultural wealth. We hope the trip will be as nice as it looks!
