For a small loaf of Irish bread
3/4 cup wheat meal flour
1 cup White flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
Mix lightly with hands
Add one egg
3/4 cup sour milk (lait fermente)
Stir with spoon
Put in a cake tin
Cook in a hot oven 180 degrees during 30 mins
